We can provide Remote Technical Support or Training in almost all IT related issues or services that relate to day to day business requirements, internet and communication. This service covers anything from domestic user or student learning how to set up home network to help in designing your corporate messaging system or hosting configuration with any service providor.


This service is only available on appointment slots available in English over the internet. The session will require you to have a working Internet connection with a latest browser capable of running text chat and presentation.


The service costs per hour with a minimum of one hour slot and up to a 4 hour slot at one time is given below.


Remote Support: £50 per hour [Order Support]


We can also provide you with on site training and support based on your requirements where you will have to bear the cost of travel and living from the location of available subject matter expert. SME will charge minimum of half day for the site situated within 1 hour journey and minimum 1 day if journey is mroe than 1 hours in one direction. The charges for SME on site sessions are given below.


Subject Matter Expert: £300 per Half Day (within 1 hour journey distance)


SME Day cost: £500 per working day plus travel and accomodation costs.
